Does crop permanently delete content?
It sets the PDF MediaBox and CropBox to the selected area. The content outside is hidden but technically still in the file structure. Re-opening in a tool that ignores CropBox may show the full page.
What size for Indian government portals?
A4 (210 × 297 mm) is standard for all government, legal, and official document submissions in India.
Can I crop individual pages?
Uncheck “Apply to all pages” and enter the page numbers or range you want (e.g. 1, 3, 5–8).
Cropping and resizing happen entirely in your browser using PDF.js and pdf-lib — your file is never transmitted to any server. This is important for documents that contain personal information, financial data, or proprietary designs that should not leave your device during processing.
No registration is required. The crop area selector, preset size buttons, and resize modes are all freely available without an account. There is no watermark on the output and no limit on file size or number of pages you can process.

A4 — 210 × 297 mm — is the standard accepted by all Indian government, court, and official document portals including DigiLocker, MCA, NCLT, and most High Court filing systems. Click the A4 preset in the page size panel to resize any document to A4 instantly without manually entering dimensions.
Uncheck "Apply to all pages" and enter specific page numbers or a range (for example, 2-5) to crop only those pages. Pages not included in your selection remain unchanged. For complex scenarios where different pages need completely different crop areas, process each group separately and merge the results using Merge PDF.
