Some printers and print dialogs have an "Auto-rotate" or "Portrait/Landscape" setting that overrides the PDF's rotation metadata. Open the print dialog, disable auto-rotate, and set orientation to match your document. This is a printer-side setting, not a problem with the PDF itself.
